What is Mask Box?
Mask Box is a monthly subscription box service for skincare enthusiasts. We carefully source and filter through the increasingly massive korean sheet mask market in Seoul, Korea with the help of estheticians, doctors, and friends immersed in the space. Then, we deliver them to YOU on a monthly basis.
When will I receive my subscription box?
We plan to ship between the 5th-8th of every month. Once your Mask Box is dispatched, please allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email once the product has shipped as well!
How does billing work?
We’re a monthly subscription box. That means you are billed immediately when you first order, and then rebilled every month on the 15th for the duration of your subscription unless you purchase a one-time gift.
Where and how do you ship?
Mask Box ships only in the U.S. currently, but we aim to ship internationally in the next few months. We use USPS First Class parcel and will provide tracking information. Once the box is shipped, again please allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive.
What are your cancellation/refund policies?
If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and canceling on your own. Or by emailing us at email@example.com.
We aim to keep our customers satisfied, and happy to provide you with a refund prior to your Mask Box ship date. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped. In order to receive a refund, you must request one BEFORE your box has shipped.
FIRST TIME MEMBERS: Once you join, your box is prepared and will be shipped to you between the 5th-8th of the month if you order before the 8th of each month. If ordering between the 8th-15th, your box will ship at the beginning of the following month. If you change your mind during this time (i.e. you do not want a box), please do NOT cancel it online. Cancelling it via your online account will NOT stop this box from shipping. It will only stop future boxes from shipping. You need to email us immediately in order to stop it being shipped out.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the U.S. and Canada currently, but working on expanding. Please stay tuned!
Do you make any of your own sheet masks?
We do NOT manufacture any of the beauty products that are sent to you in the monthly Mask Box. Mask Box items and any products distributed in offers or future giveaways are manufactured by their respective brands. You should read and strictly follow all product labels, packaging inserts, instructions, and manufacturer directions and warnings before using any product. We sometimes provide product instructions and ingredients in English but are not responsible for any typos or errors in translations. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects that are unique to you.
